Made to order Every piece is made for you, so we look at each return or refund request individually.

If something is wrong If your piece arrives damaged, or is not what we agreed, message us on WhatsApp or through the Contact page as soon as you receive it. Please include your order number and a few clear photos. We will work out the right fix with you.

Custom and preservation pieces Pieces made from your own flowers or keepsakes are personal and cannot be remade from the same material, so please check the details we confirm with you before we begin.
