What we collect When you place an order we ask for your name, email, phone number and delivery address. If you create an account we also store your email and a password (kept in a protected form). If you send us reference photos or details for a custom or preservation piece, we keep them with your order.

How we use it We use this information to make and deliver your order, to contact you about it, and to let you track it. If you tick the box to hear from us, we may also send news and new collections by email. You can stop these emails at any time.

Sharing We share your details only where it is needed to deliver your order, for example with a courier.

Your choices You can ask us to correct or delete your details by writing to us through the Contact page or on WhatsApp.
